RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. For example, he will not paint the product or process it into another product. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would do in a store.

As soon as the condition of the product has been changed in any way by the consumer, the right of return expires. So first check that you have received the correct product before making any changes to the product.

As long as the item is unchanged, we can exchange it without any problems and deliver the correct item to you.

If a return shipment arrives damaged, we have the right to apply a reduction in value. You will be informed of this first.

The consumer is solely liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product and damage resulting from the return process (packaging and transport).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tuningonline.eu. Always include your order number. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Sint-Maartensveldstraat, ARDOOIE, West Flanders, 8850, Belgium. This is not a visiting address for customers.

If your return is accepted, please download the withdrawal form. Carefully read the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Belgium, the shipping of your goods may take longer than expected. Please return the product in its original packaging and in the same way it arrived to you.

Do not remove any stickers that provide us with additional information about the product, such as barcodes and product descriptions. It is important that we can link the package to you in order to further process the return.

Costs arising from returns

The costs and responsibility for returning an item are for the account of the customer.

For a small package (product for which our reference number usually starts with '2') this costs approximately 10 euros for the BENELUX and surrounding countries.

For a larger package this amounts to approximately 35 euros.

You can contact DPD, among others, to send the package.

Keep the proof of shipment and the tracking number.

If you do not send the shipment to us with postage paid, these costs will be deducted from the total amount.

If the item arrives complete and undamaged, within the agreed period:

the purchase price of the product + the costs for sending the shipment to the customer will be refunded. This within 14 calendar days and to the account from which the money was sent.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Damage that is not reported shortly after receipt is not our responsibility.

Return requests that are announced later than 14 days after receipt of the order will be refused without exception.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you so that we can let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 2 weeks of us receiving the item. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

Please make sure to ship the items immediately after we accept the return request.
