RETURNS

We operate a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. For example, he will not paint the product nor incorporate it into another good. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would in a store.

As soon as the condition of the product has been changed in any way by the consumer, the right of return expires. So first check whether you have received the correct product before making any changes to the product.

As long as the item remains unchanged, we can exchange it without any problems and deliver you the correct item.

If a return arrives to us damaged, we have the right to apply a depreciation. You will be informed about this first.

The consumer is only liable for depreciation of the product that is the result of a way of handling the product and damage as a result of the return process (packaging and transport).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tuningonline.eu. Always include your order reference. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Sint-Maartensveldstraat, ARDOOIE, West-Vlaanderen, 8850, Belgium. This is not a visiting address for customers.

If your return is accepted, download the withdrawal form. Please read carefully the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Belgium, the shipment of your goods may take longer than expected. Send the product in the original packaging and in the same way as it arrived to you.
Do not remove stickers that provide us with additional information about the product such as barcodes and product description. It is important that we can link the package to you to further process the return.

Costs resulting from returns

The costs and responsibility for returning an item are borne by the customer.
For a small package (product for which our reference number usually starts with '2') this costs approximately 10 euros for BENELUX and nearby countries.

For a larger package this comes to approximately 35 euros.

You can contact DPD , among others, to send the package.

Please keep proof of shipment and tracking number.

If you do not send the shipment to us prepaid, these costs will be deducted from the total amount.

If the item arrives complete and undamaged, within the agreed period:

the purchase price of the product + costs charged for sending the shipment to the customer will be refunded. This within 14 calendar days and to the account from which the money was sent.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Damage not reported shortly after receipt will not be considered our responsibility .

Return requests announced later than 14 days after receipt of the order will be refused without exception.

Trade in

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you so we can let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 weeks after we receive the item. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please make sure to ship the items immediately after we accept the return request.
