We do our best to fully inform you, by reading this you are perfectly aware of how returns at Tuningonline.eu work.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
So we do not make exceptions for customers who turn out to be unaware.
Returning your order
Items purchased at Tuningonline.eu can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt.
During this period, you can try and evaluate the products as you would in a physical store.
(Assembly is not part of this at all!)
If you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, i.e. without any damage.
Returns can ONLY be made to:

This is not a visiting address, so returns are made via a courier company (with tracking) and delivery within normal office hours during the working week (Mon-Fri).
You may remove products from the packaging unless the packaging is sealed.
If you choose to return products, we ask you to report this in advance by filling in the return form on our website or by contacting us by email.
This means that you contact us in one of the two ways within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Exceptions for any reason will not be accepted.
Always state the order number so that there is no doubt about which order it is exactly.
Also enclose the model withdrawal form in the box of the returned shipment.
This way there can never be any doubt about the sender or the history of the returned product.
Please note that you must return products within 14 days of submitting your return.
Processing your return
After we have received your return, we will start assessing the returned items and processing your refund.
The money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the purchase.
The amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days of our receipt.
The shipping costs as well as the responsibility for the return are for you as a consumer.
Given the different countries and different sizes of the shipments, it is difficult to let you know exactly what these return costs will be.
The costs we have charged for the shipment to you are already a good indication.
Sending regular parcels (DPD 1/GLS 1/UPS 1) costs around 12 euros in the Benelux.
Larger shipments (volume shipments) cost 35 euros and, depending on the exact format and shipping company, also more.
These costs are only an indication.
For the return you can contact Bpost, DPD, GLS, UPS….
Always make sure that you receive a tracking number, we can also request this for checking.
Provide adequate protection when returning a package.
We also attach a lot of time to the extra protection of your order, because we know from experience that this is not an unnecessary luxury.
We reserve the right to charge depreciation for returns that arrive damaged or with signs of use.
Did your order arrive damaged?
It is not a superfluous luxury to check your order for visible damage immediately upon delivery.
Report this to us immediately by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with of course clear photo material, order reference and some extra info so that we immediately see and understand the problem.
In this way there can never be any doubt about the occurrence of the damage.
Reading and following the agreements and conditions testifies to your honesty.
