Right of return and right of withdrawal
Conditions of the right of return
The consumer can enter into an agreement regarding the purchase of a product
during a reflection period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
BVBA VANDEWAETERE TRADING may ask the consumer for the reason
revocation, but not oblige them to state their reason (s).
The reflection period referred to in paragraph 1 starts on the day after the consumer, or one in advance
the consumer designated third party, who is not the carrier, has received the product, or:
a. If the consumer has ordered several products in the same order: the day

As long as the item has remained unchanged, we can exchange and deliver you the correct item without any problems.
If you want to return an item, please inform us within the 14 days reflection period. This via email, stating the order reference ( email@example.com ).
After registering, you have 14 calendar days to ensure that the package has arrived with us.

The costs of returning an article are borne by the customer.
For a small package (product with which reference number usually starts with '2') this costs about 10 euros for BENELUX and nearby countries.
For a larger package this comes to about 35 euros.

Keep the proof of shipment and tracking number.
If you do not send the shipment to us with postage, these costs will be deducted from the total amount.
When the article arrives complete and undamaged, within the agreed term:
the purchase price of the product + charged costs for sending the shipment to the customer will be refunded. This within the period of 14 calendar days and to the account from which the money was sent.
During our clearly pre-announced leave period, returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
Send the product in the original packaging and in the same way as it arrived to you.
Do not remove stickers that provide us with additional information about the product such as barcodes and product description.
